Well, we're supposed to be marching in 2 weeks and we still have 2 1/2 songs + a drum break to learn in 4 practices! So, in short, WE'RE SCREWED! But atleast the Sousaphones will have their Berets. They were ordered on Thursday.

That's not that hard to learn! I had to learn 3 really hard songs in one week for FSYO, but I still managed.

Yeah, well our field's been flooded out this week, so we went out today to finish learning the 2nd song. we still have 2 songs and a drum break, but we won't have them done by Friday. Our berets have been ordered, and I'm not going to AllState like Mr. Schmidt said I might... oh well!

I miss TFA band a lot. Who's the new woodwind director and who's first chair now in clarinet? Brass?

Well, Mr. Schmidt nominated Emily, Wheaties, Aria, & me to try out for all state, but when he posted the times of the tryouts, my name wasn't on it. Plus, I wasn't given any music to work on, nor was I instructed on how to go about getting it or what else I'd need to know besides my scales in 2 octaves.

She's a awesome clarinet, and yes, she will accept Gary's invitation. Kyle asked Emily to homecoming! as a date! I'm so excited for the 2 of them! They're finally getting together! Smile
