Now, who's the "Son of Man," the First and the Last, the Living One? That would be Jesus. Now when John speaks of His hair, does he not say that it's like lamb's wool? And lamb's wool, in context, would be an afro; something in which a white individual can't acquire! Jesus is black, CASE CLOSED!

But wait Shalisha, have you FELT lamb's wool? It's not nappy! It's similar to Jordan Hiremath's hair, REALLY CURLY and BOUNCY. he wasn't black...like from Africa, he is from Middle East Asian therefore Jesus is Asian.

Well maybe he has hair like Bryce; Bryce is black! or my mom even. Her hair is curly and bouncy, naturally, and she's black, too! Jesus is black!

Bryce is mixed blood, not black. Besides, I think Jesus is multiracial, encompassing every ethnic nationality there is.

guys what happened to this topic the first point was just to inform u guys on a band that doesnt really exist now were arguing over things that dont really matter like weather jesus is black or white. WHO CARES jesus could be purple and it wouldnt really matter his blood covered all our sin weather he was black or white or purple these arguments are extremmely trivial in the grand skeem of christianity and we all being extremely ignorant focas on these things when it doesnt really matter

umm about jesus' enicity and stuff:

i personally would care if jesus was multicolored. im just making a point here.

it says that jesus' hair was white like wool. the focus on that statement was the color not the texture. no-where does it says it was like wool while not in context with color which doesnt really confirm anything about what his hair felt like or for that matter his enthicity, although its a good point, it really just rules it self out when we get into technicalities. See, if it had said his hair was "like wool" with no mention of color, youd have very conclusive evidence to your statement cuz it would be talking about what it felt like. im not saying its not true, im just saying dont make try to make a statement like that without looking at it amongst all the possible angles.

and about the whole "serving two masters" thing

just because we sing about worldly stuff doesnt make us any less of a christian. how many times have we gone to lunch and only talked about jesus? mabey 2 times. but that doesnt make us any less of a christian does it? i think not. although u make a good argument, it doesnt just rule us out as christians. Just because we dont only talk about God doesnt mean we dont still follow him. I mean, im not saying that we shouldnt talk about jesus, im just saying that it doesnt make us any less of a child of God to do otherwise. lemme make this really simple

It say white like wool, which means it has the color and likeness of wool... only it's hair. It was white cause He's holy and stuff, but like wool cause He's black.

um sha lemme rephrase what i said.

no where does it say anything about his hair resembeling wool without the mention of color. because it mentions color, you really cant say that it was like wool in texture because there is no mention of that. once again u make a conclusive argument, but when u get into technicalities it rules itself out
